Sale items are not accepted for refund unless the product is defective.
Shipping will be reimbured for returned items at the time of the refund.
Ocassionally a outfit doesn't fit, however,
custom items, pageantry items, personalized items and holiday items are Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable.
Please send us an e-mail to mail@southernbabies.com for a return
authorization # and then ship your item back. All returns must be authorized in advance.
We have a 30 day return/exchange policy. All we ask is that merchandise returned be in its original condition.
Merchandise may not have been worn, washed, or dry cleaned.
Your returns/exchanges must be received in our office within 30 days of the date you placed your order.
Refunds will NOT be issued until your item(s) have been returned.
If you would like to exchange your merchandise for another size,
we recommend placing a new order for the new size and sending the original merchandise back for a refund.
But Please Keep in Mind, if your item(s) have been personalized or custom ordered,
they are not returnable for refunds or exchanges.
We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and offers tracking.
We are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the mail.
