Sale items are not accepted for refund unless the product is defective.
Shipping will not be reimbured for returned items. You will receive an invoice for shipping charges for
shipping of exchanged/returned items.
Ocassionally a outfit doesn't fit, however,
custom items, pageantry items, personalized (monogrammed),
embroidered/appliqued items and holiday items are Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable.
Hair Bows and Hair accessories are non Returnable, Non-Refundable.
Tutus and Tutu Dresses are Non Returnable, Non Refundable.
Please send us an e-mail to mail@southernbabies.com for a return
authorization # and then ship your item back. All returns must be authorized in
advance.
We have a 10 day return/exchange policy. All we ask is that merchandise returned be in its
original condition.
Merchandise may not have been worn, washed, or dry cleaned.
Your approved returns/exchanges must be received in our office within 10 days of the date
you received your order.
Please email us at mail@southernbabies.com for return shipping address and return
shipping confirmation prior to sending back any returns.
Refunds will NOT be issued until your item(s) have been returned. Items returned after 10 days,
will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Returned Items will be processed within 30 days of being received.
If you would like to exchange your merchandise for another size,
we recommend placing a new order for the new size and sending the original merchandise back for a
refund.
But Please Keep in Mind, if your item(s) have been personalized or custom ordered,
they are not returnable for refunds or exchanges.
We are not responsible for natural wear and tear on garments. Nor are we
responsible for items that have not been laundered correctly.
Special Order Items/Out of Stock Items/Backordered Items/Sale Items.
Items that we must special order (Squeaker Shoes, etc) for you, that are out of stock, and/or backordered,
AND clothing/items purchased at a SALE, at CLEARANCE price, as part of a HOLIDAY season clearance, OR during one of our sale
promotions, are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. PLEASE be sure of your purchase of these items at the time of purchase BECAUSE ALL
sales are FINAL as to these items.
Squeaker Shoes are non-returnable, non-exchangable
Shoes that are worn or damaged after wear, will not be accepted
returns.
Once a squeaky shoe order has been processed, changes or cancellations will not
be accepted.
We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and offers tracking.
We are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the mail.
