Items in stock (such as squeaker shoes and items labeled ready to ship) will usually be shipped within 7 to 10 days. If an item is out of stock or has to be specially ordered we will try to let you know and the order will ship when the item is received. If you do NOT receive the item within 2 weeks of the placement of your order, that an item is a special order. Custom Made Items are our Specialty.
CUSTOM MADE items sometimes take longer to create and will be completed and ready to ship within 1 day and up to 8 weeks. Most items will take less than this time and can ship out as early as 7 days from the time you place your order. Please let us know how soon you need your items.
