Items in stock  will usually be shipped within 7 to 10 days. If an item is out of stock (such as squeaker shoes) and has to be specially ordered, we will keep you updated as to when the order will ship. If you do NOT receive the item within 2 weeks of the placement of your order, that an item is a special order. Custom Made Items are our Specialty.
CUSTOM MADE items sometimes take longer to create and will be completed and ready to ship within 1 day and up to 4 weeks. Most items will take less than this time and can ship out as early as 3 days from the time you place your order. Please let us know how soon you need your items.

The busy holiday season is upon us now so please allow up to 5 weeks for your custom items to be created & ready to ship.

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service, First Class USPS, or UPS.

First Class Shipping is currently available.

 Please do not choose First Class Shipping as your Shipping option if ordering more than 1 pair of squeaky shoes.

 International Shipping Also Available. The starting rate for international shipping is $34.00.
